One of my favorite dining experiences ever. New to the area and finally had a chance try out Chada Thai and it is definitely my new go-to for thai food. Came in on a pretty busy evening but was seated and served promptly. I felt kinda special as the woman who served me came out from the kitchen and I was the only person in the restaurant I saw her serve. she was very sweet and even warned me when i ordered my meal thai hot, their highest spice level. I had the Massamun Curry with beef short ribs, one of the specials, and it was incredible; probably the best curry I've had. The spice level was perfect and flavors were wonderful. After the meal, the same woman came out and checked on me and how the meal was and how I liked the spice level, and did the same for the other tables finishing up. Overall just a great experience and I will definitely be back!
We had such a wonderful dinner here! The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Everyone was so friendly and attentive, which made us feel truly welcome. We celebrated a friend’s birthday and even cut his cake at the restaurant—the team kindly provided extra plates and utensils without hesitation. Their kindness and hospitality made the evening extra special. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the amazing service!
For anyone seeking Thai food near Old Town, this is your spot! Much better than my recent visit to Malee's and my new go-to for local thai. I ordered steamed dumplings and fresh roll with peanut sauce appetizers then pad kee mao noodles for main dish. All were great! Nice hot sauce selection too, with chili oil crunch, pepper flakes, or red spicy (and metal spoon not plastic!) Service kind, attentive, and fast. Will be back!
Ordered the Tom Kha soup with fish, level 3 spicy and lord was it spicy!! Next time, I’ll do a 2 or 1, but it was full of flavor and absolutely delicious! In my opinion, it should have been $5 cheaper. $20 for just the soup, not even including rice or anything else, seemed like a lot, so this is not something I would get regularly, but if you are looking for delicious, authentic and SPICY Thai food, I highly recommend!
